A small, old tin pigpen.

This old tin pigpen can hold 85 pigs and costs $45,888. You'll need to pay €45 for daily maintenance.
The pigpen is accessible, and you can drive in with your tractor. You can turn on the hall lighting for nighttime operations.
Your pigs will be automatically supplied with water through a water pipe.
